FALL BULB SALE FAQ'S

 

Sale runs Sept 27th 10am PST through Oct 18th 6pm PST

Bulb giveaway winner will be named on Oct 15th and will receive email notification.

Add your favorites and check out—no login required at launch.

HOW TO ORDER

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Collection will be available for USPS shipping only, no farm pick up available at this time.

 

Tulip / Daffodil orders ship mid December.

Ranunculus / Anemone orders ship mid October.

If you have ordered both Tulip / Daffodil Bulbs and Ranunculus / Anemone Corms the package will ship together in Mid-Dec.

Want your Ranunculus or Anemone earlier? Simply place them as a separate order!

You will recieve and email letting you know your order is on it's way!

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for  purchases unless the wrong item was shipped, or damage was done in shipping. If you believe there is a problem with your order or shipping damage, please email us a photograph and/or video along with a description within 24 hours of receipt.

 

If you trim, cut, remove or manipulate the product in any way and/or plant the product before contacting us, you will not be offered a credit.  We may ask you to ship the product back to us for inspection.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

 To submit a credit request, please contact us by email at Jen@Bloomtownflowerco.com and include your name, order number, and any photos you have of the damaged product.

 

No credits will be issued without photographs or video of the product..
